Matchday 35 recap: Espanyol's worst nightmare

Matchday 35 recap: Espanyol's worst nightmare

In Matchday 35, we had our first confirmed relegation casualty as Espanyol were sent down to the second division for the first time in 27 years. Far Too Top-Heavy

If you’re looking for yet another podcast about Madrid and Barcelona, this is something to listen to. There is so little focus on the other 18 teams- even Atlético- that it’s unsatisfying if you want a fuller picture of the league as a whole.

Don’t even give them the download

“La Liga Lowdown”? For a podcast that is once a week and less than 30min long they spend about 7mins each pod talking about Messi like it’s news that he’s one of the greatest players to ever play. If someone is interested in La Liga they are surely already aware of this. If you are interested in La Liga I would suggest you download “The On The Continent” Podcast by the same provider. You also won’t have to listen to sh**y cabana music the whole time.

Stop the music!

The background music is annoying! Especially when you are listening with EarPods on a walk.
Content is great...my one star will be a five star when the background music stops. I’m sure that David and his crew are NOT listening to it while they broadcast!
