Anger and resentment are different. One of them is natural, and one of them is a choice. But its not as simple as just choosing not to have resentment, especially if you are already harboring resentment for loved ones. There is a shift that has to occur in your mind, realizing that you're only hurting yourself. Resentment is a cocktail of anger, pain, hurt, disgust, disappointment...and if you are in the middle of that, come along with me and learn 5 reasons why we hold resentment.

2020 was filled with life lessons for everyone, and today I'm sharing mine with you too.
