Episode Summary:
Lori Gasca walks us through her journey of creating a co-working space for women, what inspired her to build one, the challenges she faced along the way, and also some insider tips on how you can get started in this industry.

Main Takeaways:
Sometimes your failures end up teaching you way more valuable lessons than your successes. Involve your family in your goals so they can cheer for you as you move forward. Don’t focus on doing a lot of things, focus on doing them well. A healthy level of fear is an indicator that you’re doing something big. Some form of accountability is really important when it comes to running your business. Things to keep in mind when setting up a co-working space: It needs to be in a location that gets traffic. You need to have flexibility in the structure of your co-working space. Build-in private office areas and conference rooms. Also, have a kitchen and break area. A minimum area to get started would be about 1000-1200 square feet.
