A bit…something

Ethan is knowledgeable and he knows it. I felt sad that the dynamic was: she asks a long but ultimately good question in a way that makes her sound lost and basic, and he responds with a weirdly dramatic and self-satisfied answer utilizing 25% law and 75% common sense that is just condescending enough to sound like mansplaining.

And yet I am still listening. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The information is good, even if the delivery could use some polishing.

Waste of time.

Not a high level pod.

Hard to listen to..

As a criminal attorney listening to Ethan try to explain criminal law concepts makes me cringe. For example, he tried to put a percentage on beyond a reasonable doubt. First year criminal law training and/or USSC rulings on this should have knocked this idea right out of his head. Recommended for non-lawyers only.
