Emily represents a wide range of clients across industries – including franchisors, equipment manufacturers, small businesses, and international corporations – at all phases of sophisticated commercial litigation, from investigation to appeal, in state and federal courts. Appreciated for her creative problem-solving skills, Emily regularly identifies practical and customized solutions for clients on a wide range of matters including breach of contract and dealership terminations.

Emily understands that litigation can sidetrack a company’s goals and focus. She aims to collaborate as both a legal advisor and business partner to keep client business on balance during the interruption of litigation. In addition to her legal skills, Emily has studied the science behind time management, efficiency, and organization at Yale and how these day-to-day struggles can be optimized. Emily enjoys working closely with clients to find the best path forward.
