Quick Tips: Visual Focus
Send us a Text Message.Your lead and follow coaching tip for today is Visual focus. In most Western contexts, eye contact signals to the other person that you are paying attention to them. A lack of eye contact can signal the opposite: disconnection, dismissal, or disinterest. Just think about the last time you tried to share information or ask a question of someone who was looking at their screen, at their phone, or out the window. You may have had to repeat yourself because they litera...

Wonderful te Followership and Strategy
I am finding this whole podcast to be fascinating. Particularly struck by the most recent Oct episode with Dr David Leitner. His background in the military, in national strategy and corporate strategy, research, training and teaching brought a lot of gravitas to the subject. In the skillful questing and discussion the meaning and breadth of followership expanded for me. Highly highly recommend listening to this one and following the show altogether.
Amazing conversation
So grateful for our conversation with Sharna! I have enjoyed hearing about how others have engaged with the topics of leadership and followership and think continued exposure to the context of these topics are valuable to anyone who wants to be both a better leader and a collaborator!
Moving The Conversation Forward
