One was, we were not going to lead an initiative to make the students learn. The other was, we're not going to lead an initiative to make the faculty change. A program that you design to make the students learn is going to fail because you have to bring students along. Education, the word means, "bring it out of you." It doesn't mean cram it in to you.”
