Roy Calderón ha sido el Gerente General y Líder de ATL Technology en Costa Rica durante los últimos dos años. Anteriormente, ha desempeñado diferentes funciones en la industria médica dentro de Phillips, CRx Life Science, Establishment Labs, Abbot y Allergan, durante más de 14 años desempeñando funciones como Director de Cadena de Suministro y Director de Materiales, entre otras. Antes de estos puestos, trabajó para H.B. Fuller, Intel, Coca-Cola Cola y J&J, desempeñando funciones en la cadena de suministro y la fabricación.

Roy Calderon has been the General Manager and Site Leader for ATL Technology in Costa Rica for the last two years. Previously he has been performing different roles in the medical industry within Phillips, CRx Life Science, Establishment Labs, Abbot, and Allergan, for over 14 years performing roles as Supply Chain Director, and Materials Director among others. Before these roles, he worked for H.B. Fuller, Intel, Coca-Cola Cola, and J&J, doing roles in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

Rodolfo Leitón es el director general de Coamesa, una empresa de bienes de consumo que opera en Centroamérica. Además, es miembro del Consejo Asesor de Antiguos Alumnos del Decano del Walton College of Business de la Universidad de Arkansas. Ocasionalmente imparte cursos de emprendimiento en la Universidad de Costa Rica, forma parte del directorio de una empresa minorista y es cofundador del Colectivo Empresarial, una organización sin fines de lucro que busca informar a la sociedad sobre la importancia y los beneficios del sector privado. Inició su carrera en Walmart en EE. UU.

Rodolfo Leitón is the CEO at Coamesa, a consumer goods company that operates in Central America. Also, is a member of the University of Arkansas’ Walton College of Business’ Dean’s Alumni Advisory Council. Occasionally teaches entrepreneurship courses at the Universidad de Costa Rica, sits on the Board of a retail company, and is a co-founder of Colectivo Empresarial, a non-profit organization that seeks to inform society of the importance and benefits of the private sector. He initiated his career in Walmart in USA.

Eliane Cantão es Directora de Cadena de Suministro para LATAM de Nissan en Brasil. Anteriormente, Eliane trabajó en Cummings y en Valid en el área de adquisiciones. Anteriormente, Eliane pasó más de 16 años en la industria farmacéutica y Takeda se desempeñó como gerente de proyectos de cadena de suministro y otras funciones. Antes de Takeda, trabajó con Kepler Weber y Delphi e inició su carrera en General Motors en Brasil.

Eliane Cantão is the Supply Chain Director for LATAM at Nissan in Brazil. Previously Eliane was working in Cummins and in Valid in the procurement field. Before, Eliane spent over 16 years in the Pharma industry with Takeda performing as Supply Chain Project Manager and other roles. Gary Horsfield es el Chief Supply Chain Officer de BIC en todo el mundo durante aproximadamente 2 años en Francia.  Antes de ocupar este cargo, fue COO interino del PPE del Reino Unido en el Departamento de Salud y Atención Social (DHSC) del Servicio Nacional de Salud (NHS) en el Reino Unido durante aproximadamente 2 años. Antes de este cargo, trabajó como Director Ejecutivo, Jefe de Grupo de Embalaje, Cadena de Suministro e Innovación en William Grant & Sons en el Reino Unido. También trabajó en los años anteriores como vicepresidente de la cadena de suministro de Asia y Europa para Mead Johnson Nutrition y vicepresidente de la cadena de suministro de Asia y África para Kelloggs Company. Desarrolló su carrera en Pepsico durante más de 14 años en diferentes roles como vicepresidente de la cadena de suministro de la región de Asia Pacífico y también de la región ANZ, además de otros roles de dirección en la región. Inició su carrera en Mars como Gerente de Operaciones.

Gary Horsfield has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer for BIC worldwide for about 2 years in France.  Before this role, he was the Interim Chief Operating Officer of UK PPE at The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) at National Health Service (NHS) in the UK for about 2 years. Previous to this role, he was an Executive Director, Group Head of Packaging, Supply Chain & Innovation at William Grant & Sons in the UK. In previous years, he also worked as Vice President of Supply Chain Asia & Europe for Mead Johnson Nutrition and  Vice President of Supply Chain Asia & Africa for Kelloggs Company. He built his career in Pepsico for over 14 years in different roles as Vice President Supply Chain Asia Pacific Region and also, in the ANZ Region, plus other Directions roles in the Region. He initiated his career on Mars as Operations Manager.
