Going Deep Into Leadership
There are many podcasts that talk about leadership, but Danny Langloss and the Leadership Excellence Podcast are not satisfied to dance around the edges of leadership. Danny ask questions that get to the core of what it takes to be a more impactful and influential leader, no matter your position (of even without a position). Today’s reality is that leadership is more essential than ever, yet there are often glaring absences and failures of leadership. The workforce reality today is that culture matters, meaning matters and values matter — all of which demands more leadership (more vulnerable leadership) than ever. Danny Langloss and his guests bring you the tools, mindsets and strategies you need to amplify your leadership impact.
