Rach SebellShavit is a professional and leadership coach with over 15 years’ experience in operations, customer success, and talent development in both the software and non-profit spaces. In these roles, Rach has had the opportunity to design high-impact programs for Sales Enablement, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Fundraising teams, while managing departments of over 50+ team members. Armed with a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design, an MBA from Babson, a Master Trainer Certificate from ATD, and a Certificate in Negation & Leadership from Harvard Law Executive Education, Rach incorporates creative and analytical methodologies into their coaching practice to address client key leadership needs including goal setting, embracing confidence, emotional intelligence, time management, conflict resolution, and overcoming parent work/life imbalance.
