As a Cuban American lawyer living and practicing law in South Florida, and a mother of 3 kids under the age of 7, Melissa's passion is to help moms - who also happen to be lawyers - be productive as a lawyer and happy as a mom. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communications and her Juris Doctorate degree, Melissa worked for a few firms before partnering with her husband to start their own practice, where she focuses on personal injury and business law.
She founded The Objectionable Mom where she shares stories about being a mom, a lawyer, and everything in between. With a strong belief that lawyer moms should never have to choose their work over their families - she's built an authentic platform filled with laughter and support.
