How do you move through stressful situations? Errol Doebler suggests you become an "ice cold” leader. Errol explains that science says our nervous system resets with cold (ice bath, cold shower…). When we clear our minds, we can focus on problem-solving. Errol shares his five-element process for problem-solving and decision-making and provides a framework for self-awareness and reflection. This process not only enhances individual leadership skills but also has a ripple effect on teams and organizations. By modeling self-awareness and reflection, leaders create a culture of continuous improvement and foster a positive work environment.
