Growing up in the Philippines, Renzo’s values were honed by his parents’ humble beginnings in the Northern provinces of the country.

Merve is a Data Analyst at Change Catalyst, leading data analysis and visualization mainly for the State of Allyship Report and Leading With Empathy & Allyship. With a background in Brand Management for more than 6 years, she holds an MBA and a Master’s in Business Analytics from Hult International Business School. Originally from Turkey, Merve is fueled by her passion to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion and delivering data-driven impact at the personal, team, and organizational level.
