Welcome! I am so glad you’re here.

David is a Soul Cycle Master Instructor, Celebrity Trainer, and Personal Development Coach.

In this deeply Inspiring episode,  David shares his philosophy on life, fitness, and leading from the heart. He shares with us his personal why that activated his calling to coach and live from the heart, and we deep dive into why balance is a myth, building community through unity, and why its never too late for anything in life as long as you are still living!

David and his family are personal friends of mine and I can tell you this soulful human lives what he preaches. He lives for uplifting others and seeing them transform their lives….leading from the heart.

Get ready to feel uplifted!

What we dive into:

Balance is a myth, harmony is a must.
Failure is a healthy word. Its defining ourselves by our failures that become unhealthy.
Learning from our failures and mistakes along the way are necessary for success in any area of life.
Stepping into personal freedom.
Goal building with systems.
Using Failure as fuel and disappointment as discipline.
When you start to negotiate your non-negotiables you are setting up for burn-out and disconnect
How finding harmony can be really powerful, especially for parents
We are never distracted by comparison, when we are captivated by our own purpose
IF we can change our thoughts, we can change our perspective, and then we are on our way to changing our lives
We can build transformation containers for ourselves, no matter where we are. Its never too late to start something new
We hold ourselves outside of the game or goal by not fully showing up to our potential
Building community through UNITY. How we lift each other up in community.
The true value of you is who you genuinely are as a person.
If trauma can be passed down through family, so can healing. Standing on top of your past.
Stepping into your personal freedom.
Goal building with systems.
Using Failure as fuel and disappointment as discipline.
