Nourishing Conversation

The conversations LGA offers are all so powerful, empowering and necessary! I love how compassionate, transparent and down to Earth Megan is in each episode. These conversations are so important to help normalize otherwise “taboo” topics, and they’re delivered in such a way that makes it comfortable to dive right in. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone, particularly to those looking to create and sustain a healthy, holistic lifestyle.
