Effective and down-to-earth!

I practice to a variety of yoga podcast's and Tauni's LEAN series is one of the best I've ever used. She's got a great voice, gives clear instructions, and is very focused on the yoga itself. That last point is very important, because as I practiced with Dave Farmar's Power Yoga podcasts, I got kind of tired of his talking about his dog or his wife, however meaningful they might be to his leading a life of yogic positivity.
