Dr. Julia Huprich does a wonderful job pulling together experts and insights into the world of learning and people development. Her inviting voice pulls together the academia and science of learning with real-world application for anyone responsible for helping people learn and do.

Episode 11 with Dr. Karl Kapp is great exploration of gamification. The term gamification is overused and under utilized in my opinion. Julia and Karl break it apart and give examples of what it can be and what it can accomplish with intent.

Highly recommend!
