In 1990, he started Milestone Construction, Inc., an interior finish-out company, where he served as owner and president for 20 years. In 2006, he sold Milestone Construction to devote his time to ministering to business leaders in the church and throughout the world. Steve is the founder of MasterPlan Business Ministries and serves on the board of several nonprofits.
He is a founding elder at Gateway Church and currently the executive director of Gateway Business Leaders. Steve has been happily married to Melody since 1982, and they have been blessed with two daughters: Kristin and Kassie. Kristin and her husband Gabe added to those blessings with two beautiful grandchildren.

As a business leader himself, Andrew is also an elder at Hillsong Church led by Pastors Brian and Bobby Houston based in Sydney, Australia and with campuses globally.
Andrew Denton is an executive director of Hillscorp and director of a number of other companies involved in property development. He was a licensed plumber and worked for a multinational building company before moving into developing over 17 years ago.
In over 30 years of working, Andrew gained considerable experience in senior project management, joint venture and client relationships. Andrew and his wife Susan and their three children have been active members of Hillsong Church since 1991. Andrew serves his local church as an elder at Hillsong and travels to other churches teaching on Kingdom Builders and generosity.
