Is he a lawyer?

I’m an attorney who is a business law professor. Just listened to the first 5 minutes of the Contracts podcast and it was full of inaccuracies. I wanted to see if I could use it as a resource for my students but it contradicts even basic contract legal principles. Plus, not really all that interesting how it is presented. Made me want to do my own podcast lol!
