Best podcast on health and fitness out there

Ted truly cares about what he teaches based on science and fact. Highly informative and entertaining, I’ve learned so much from his podcasts! Being a cardio junkie, I will never look at cardio the same way. Thank you for following your passion, Ted, you are making a difference in this crazy world of too much information and breaking it down for us in a way for me to understand!

Lots of Great Info!

I am in my 50's but still LOVE to work out. This podcast packs a lot of new info and I have learned a lot already. I amy or may not have been doing cardio all wrong. Highly recommend!
