Live a Longer, Healthier, HAPPIER Life

If there is one thing I've learned after 40 years on this Earth its that happiness directly derives from your healht, both physical and mental, and you can't have a healthy mind without a healty body. So what a pleasant surprise to find Ted Ryce's "Legendary Life Podcast!" This guy really gets it! Ted doesn't mess around with gimmicks - he gets right ito the nitty gritty of what you really need to know do turn your body into a healthy, disease fighting machine!
