Found a long lost brother

My daughter (now in her early 20s), loved bands like The Jonas Bros, Justin Beiber, One Direction, Demi, Selly etc. We still have the Camp Rock dvs, & I use to watch those & all the Disney stuff with the kids, listen to the music in the great 2000s pop n R&B car as they grew up. & for the life of me, I don’t know how I never realized until last week that The Jonas Brothers Dad was a man who shaped my life in spiritual ways, way back in (93-96) mid 90s at CFNII. It was Nick who started having hits as a solo artist (and btw, I loved em; ‘Jealous’ being my fave). Never crossed my mind he (nor his brothers) were the sons of a minister I knew though.
Jusf so happens my fave song as of now is, “Waffle House”. The whole album is amazing (been listening on iTunes)! This new fave song (Waffle House) has such an early 80s (81/82) yacht rock vibe, so much so, I had to do some research as to how such a young band fell into this old school vibe. I had heard their names in the camp rock shows I watched with the kids, but hearing KEVIN JONAS (first and last name together) lit that LIGHT BULB in my head, & my further research confirmed my excited suspicions. My daughter could have told me their names all along haha!
In closing, it was Kevin that kept me at CFNI. His (directed) cds were the only worship cds which touched my heart over and again. In fact, those cds helped me through so many dark days.
God is my witness, no worship cds ever touched my heart as the few years (cds) which he directed. It all came back to me now, seeing his two oldest boys come up on stage when they were so little. My fondest memory, telling him face to face (in tears) before he left in 1996 how much his worship leading meant to me. Just started the podcast; loving it
