A Must Listen!

I listened to the show featuring Lisa Vernon and what an AMAZING show! I listened while working out which was a major bonus. I immediately shared with close friends and family looking for tools to address stress. I was just asking myself, how can I pour into myself since I’m such a giver and here comes this show!
