Worth More than you “pay” for it.

THE ONE!

Oh my goodness, you guys, you’ve found the one! I truly believe this is the best self help podcast out there. The episodes are only 20 minutes so it’s perfect for literally anyone who is busy life-ing that wants to work on doing it better. Rebecca has such wonderful insight on dealing with everyday issues and speaks about them in a way that’s easy to understand which is so hard to find. It’s like listening to your bestie give you advice, except your bestie is giving great advice that you can actually use to navigate your way healthily through whatever situation you’re dealing with.

This podcast is so underrated and I want to tell it from the roof top. I’m a person that has had a lot of anxiety about even starting therapy and I feel like this has been a great starting point. Her voice is so calming and what she says makes you feel so heard and not alone in the things you and everyone is going through.
