Larry Fitzgerald - Conference Championship Reactions

Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray are counting down the days until the NFL world descends on Larry's home of Arizona for Super Bowl LVII. The biggest play on Sunday was Joseph Ossai's late hit on Patrick Mahomes, and Larry explains the mentality of players coming off a devastating loss. Jim compares Patrick Mahomes to Michael Jordan, in that it's just impossible to take your eyes off him. Should Joe Burrow be willing to take less money to keep the roster competitive? On the other side, the Eagles have been dominant all season, but the 49ers truly had no chance once QB injuries piled up. The overall winner of the weekend was the Kelce family, with Travis and Jason becoming the first brothers to face off in the Super Bowl. And Larry and Jim discuss the first Super Bowl in history to be started by two Black quarterbacks.

Great show but.

Jim you should know by now Larry will never say anything bad about anyone or anything as evidenced by the poor officiating in the Washington game this week. Those refs should be fined and suspended. That was a clown show. Something fishy going on. I am convinced since sports gambling has taken root all kinds of opportunities for corruption at many levels. I hope it doesn’t ruin the game.

Too Many Ads

It’s a cool podcast, it’s awesome to hear Tom talk about the things he’s talking about that you wouldn’t really hear otherwise. But the ads are pathetic. Almost every other word out of the host’s mouth is a sponsorship and it cuts in at least twice in a 35 minute episode. It’s almost hard to listen to because it’s so cringy and pathetic. Just bring the content.

Thank you Tom! Always Positive and Inspirational while keeping it real and humble. You always have to “earn” you’re way in life & do your best every day, while reviewing and learning from the disappointments and the dissatisfactions. I try to live that every day and remind my fellow coworkers-RN’s as much. “Keep it TB 12!” I say.
