Episode 20 - The Nest: An Interview with Banesa Tseki

In this episode we interview Banesa Tseki, who is the co-owner of The Nest Space, a Black female run yoga studio, zero waste grocer and vegan café in Johannesburg, South Africa. We met her there, did a yoga class with her, and chatted to her about a range of topics, including some of her other projects and her views on veganism, yoga and spirituality, while we sipped on a delicious banana smoothie she made for us. We really enjoyed this interview and we hope you will too.

Must watch for vegan activists

Some of the most intuitive discussion on vegan activism that I’ve heard. I believe the hosts of this show are entering the ranks of the great vegan thinkers of our time. It is progressive and thought provoking. They have keen insights, observations and knowledge of the complexities of antispeciest philosophies. If you are a front-line activist, want to become a front-line activist or are just interested in intelligent, well researched, interesting and insightful discussion on veganism then this show should be added to your arsenal immediately. Looking forward to watching the evolution of the show and for it’s place to be cemented in the history of vegan thought.
