I stumbled upon Chelsea on Instagram because I absolutely loved her posts & even more - her energy. This podcast has been getting me through a lot, especially her gut heath episode. I’ve struggled with gut issues for years because of birth control & antibiotics and her little tips on gut health have been a great starting point for me. Her passion is evident & she is just such a genuine soul. A must listen!!!

Chelsea’s joyful spirit and sunshiny personality emanate through her voice in this podcast - listening is like having a life coach and best friend with you at all times!
