I was/am going through a ruff hurdle & a friend recommended this podcast to me; I am hooked. I get my daily walk & advice all in together; to unwind at night I fall asleep listening to Jeremy. Would highly recommend this podcast even if you’re not going through anything; great everyday advice.

Simple & useful mental health tools from a humble guy

This is my new favorite Podcast. I listen while I run or walk and it’s like food for the brain. I like that Jeremy stays true to his format, stays focused and dispels advice that really works. He has gotten me to see that taking care of mental health is just like taking care of physical health, you always need to work on it. I’m so grateful that I found this podcast. Keep it up, Jeremy!

Practical, impactful tips and stories

Listening to Jeremy is like listening to an old friend. While his voice and tone alone are enough to lower your blood pressure, his content is truly impactful for anyone who is looking to improve their day to day mental health. While it’s great to listen to week by week, I also love to scroll the older episodes and find any word or feeling I’m struggling with that week and listen. In about 20 minutes, I’m guaranteed to feel more at peace. I highly recommend listening!
