Let's Talk Club Management Ep. 74 - Being Mindful and Curious

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. And it is vitally important in an industry like the hospitality industry with long and irregular hours. In our research with our members on the guidance they are seeking on this topic, one of the questions is how managers/supervisors can assist individuals on their teams who may be struggling. How do they approach them? What does that conversation look like? Best practices? So we connected with an expert. Crystal Fulwood joins us in this episode to talk about Mental Health First Aid and what you should be looking for when supporting your coworkers.

Late To The Party

I only recently clued in to podcasts, let alone this this podcast (May) and have already listened to all 13 episodes. I have even instructed my Assistant GM and F&B Managers to go back and listen to episode 2&3. I wish I had been more clued in before conference, because your January podcast let me know everything I should and needed to know. I will continue to Spread the Word! Fantastic!
