LET’S TALK! with Star Chua (EP4‪)‬ LET'S TALK

    • Mental Health

LET’S TALK (EP4) Synopsis: Once again, inviting another voice of our younger generation comes a 14 year old, Star Chua, here to share her quarantine and online classes experiences. Alongside, she shares some of her distresses and ways of coping too, to which is caused by stress of certain kinds. Also, to emphasize and get a bit of a picture of how younger gens see and handle friendships, the host asks Star questions such as “How have your friendships kind of changed the way you live your life as a very young person?” and simple as “Why do you think it is important to say ‘sorry’?”. Lastly, Star also shares her thoughts and what she does in her own little ways on how to approach people with mental health problem or generally people who are just simply having a hard time dealing with situations in life.

A part from Star, we would want to extend our love and virtual hugs to everyone who is really struggling and having a hard time right now. Remember that, every little progress, is still progress. We are proud of every good deed you have made, down to all of your achievements. Your hard work is definitely appreciated. Talk to someone today, maybe cheer them up, catch up a little, validate and reassure them, “be that friend” as Star said. Always keep in mind to keep your head up high, chin up, smile, and stay strong, fighter!

“Someone is truly happy, because you exist.”.

Don’t forget to check out @chuable.goodies for good bakes!!!

As always, all the love, Ju.
