Obsessed with this podcast!

I’m a new registered dietitian so I have been looking for nutrition podcasts to listen to on my commute to work to continue learning about various nutrition topics. I love the way you ladies formatted your show with various articles in the beginning, a fun fact, science based info in the middle with your own personal commentary and a summary at the end! I don’t typically like podcasts because I tend to zone out and not actually listen, but I can honestly say I listen to every word and I have even started listening to the podcast when I’m making breakfast or dinner because I want to hear them all! Thank you so much for providing all this nutrition info in a simplified format. I hope you reach more than just the dietitian community with this education because it’s something that people need to hear about!

This is the best podcast I’ve found for finding a diet that suits me the best. Plenty of in-depth discussions on not only the most popular diets, including the pros and cons and why they may or may not work for you, and other dietary related topics.

Very informative and a great listen

My fiancé showed me this podcast and it’s very packed with good facts I’ve never heard of and pretty funny too. It’s a great listen I love to turn it on after the gym making sure I’m getting a good breakfast in to start all my days! Keep up the good work!
