I’m 58 and have never had any discipline with working out, walking, tracking food, etc. Being a part of the Level Up Community has changed that for me, to my surprise in all honesty. I’m working out in my house 3-4 days a week, even waking up some mornings at 6a if I know I won’t be able to get it done later in the day. I’m beyond grateful, and so blessed, to have found Andrew and his team. Thank you 🙏 🥰

Review of Coach Andrew Review of Coach Andrew I’ve been working with Andrew for almost a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I’m 56 years old, and while I’ve been active my entire life, I was always frustrated with my weight. It would go up and down, but I never truly understood the science behind what my body needed. I was constantly trying to figure out what I didn’t know so I could finally achieve the body I wanted. Before COVID, I hit my highest weight at almost 180 pounds, which was a wake-up call for me. The gyms shut down, and I had no idea what to do. So, I started following HIIT workouts on Facebook Live, hoping to get back in shape. I did that for three years and even took some emotional intelligence courses to understand why I couldn’t reach my goals. But despite all that effort, I was stuck. I remember breaking down in tears one night, convinced my body was just incapable of losing weight. I tried everything—cutting calories, moving more, eating “clean.” Yet nothing was sustainable, and the results were minimal. I managed to lose about 15 pounds through sheer willpower in 3 years, but then I plateaued at 165. I was frustrated, exhausted, and clueless about what to do next. That’s when Andrew’s posts started showing up on my Facebook feed. His words made sense to me. You know how they say, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear”? Andrew was that teacher for me. I watched his videos, listened to his advice, and realized he had a different approach—something I hadn’t tried yet. After months of watching, I decided to take the leap and join his Level Up program. At first, it felt almost too easy. I wasn’t sure it would challenge me, especially since I’d had personal coaches before and, it hadn’t worked for me. And you know what? Andrew’s program is working! In just eight months, I’ve lost over 15 pounds and am now down to 148, but the best part is people think I’m half the person that I used to be physically! They can’t believe it’s only only 15 pounds I lost they think it’s more like 40 or 50! Muscle weighs more than fat… Gaining muscle burns more calories which burns the fat so don’t be afraid to go to the gym and lift some weights. For the first time, I’m learning how to refine my body to a place where I actually feel comfortable. Andrew’s program is all about scientifically-backed, personalized strategies. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s tailored to you and your unique needs. The best part? It’s not hard. Andrew and his team focus on making sustainable changes through baby steps. If you love ice cream, they’ll suggest having it three times a week instead of every day. If you’re used to having a couple of glasses of wine every night, they might suggest cutting it back to four nights a week with just one glass. You’re never saying “no” to yourself; you’re just making choices that align with your goals. The workouts are realistic too. It’s not about punishing yourself in the gym every day. They’ll start you with short workouts four times a week, and if that feels like too much, they’ll adjust to once or twice a week. The focus is always on progress, not perfection. The magic of this program is in the little changes that add up. Before you know it, you’re looking in the mirror and seeing major differences, but it never feels overwhelming. And it’s not just Andrew—the whole team is supportive, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about helping you succeed. If you’re considering making a change, whether you’re busy, retired, a lifelong gym-goer, or someone who’s never worked out, Andrew is the person to guide you. As a retired firefighter who’s been active my entire life, I thought I knew everything there was to know about fitness and health. But Andrew showed me what I was missing, and I’m beyond grateful for it. If you’re ready and willing to put in the work, the feeling of looking in the mirror, liking what you see, and going to bed at night feeling proud of yourself is absolutely worth every penny. I love working with Level Up Body. I have gained so much confidence in the gym and have learned how to manage my nutrition along with working out. I love that I am learning to be healthy in a sustainable way. If you are thinking about joining the program, just do it.
