Risk taking is a muscle. You can flex it, you can get better at it, but that doesn't make it any less scary. Today's guest Chris Jespersen is proof of that. Chris's company, Storybox Cinema, is at the top of almost every "best of" list and how did he get there? By taking risks. 

Chris discusses how taking calculated risks in his career has gotten him to where he is today. And how as he rose in the industry, those risks never got less scary. But he knows by taking the risks everyone else is too scared to take, he is automatically putting himself in the front of the pack. So it is time to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and take those risks!
