LIVE from Chillderburg III Ep. 169

Alright, so here is my live audio recordings from Chillderburg III! The experience was incredible and I was so glad to meet so many people I have known online only for so long. Please give your love to the guests I had on the show. Also, I hope the listeners can get past the audio quality and the various methods I used to make it worse.

Libertarian Challenges Lockdowns...& Wins! ft. TJ Roberts Ep. 168

Libertarian Challenges Lockdowns...& Wins! ft. TJ Roberts Ep. 168

Last week, I was joined by TJ Roberts, an Austro-libertarian and second-year law student. TJ was ticketed for attending a church service during Kentucky's lockdown. He sued in federal court and won. His victory helped set precedent that was used by other federal courts to end some of the lockdown orders across the country.

"No Man is an Island" & Other Collectivist Drivel Debunked! ft. Keith Knight Ep. 165

Keith Knight joins me once again to differentiate between individualism and collectivism. In doing so, we rely on quotations from Ludwig von Mises and Murray Rothbard. The "no man is an island" sentiment is an appalling straw man.

The Real Magna Carta Ep. 58 [Liberty Weekly Throwback]

The Real Magna Carta Ep. 58 [Liberty Weekly Throwback]

In 2018, when this episode was first published, the Liberty Weekly Podcast did not have a quarter of the following it now enjoys. There are a great deal of evergreen episodes from the early days of the podcast that did not get the listens I wish they did. Because I am completely gassed from moving this weekend, I thought I would publish one of them to see how it does with a larger audience. I hope you enjoy and thank you for listening to Liberty Weekly.

In this scholarly episode of the Liberty Weekly Podcast, I compare Lysander Spooner's interpretation of the Magna Carta to the modern mainstream interpretation as told by leading British legal historian Ann Lyon.

This is the second entry covering Lysander Spooner's essay "Trial By Jury." Listen to the first installment here: Jury Nullification Ep. 56

My New Favorite Podcast

I'm a big fan of Mises Institute and the ideas of Voluntaryism and Anarcho-Capitalistm. I don't much care for belaboring the issues of the day and prefer seeing an economic and historical analysis of current events. Two Thumbs Up to Liberty Weekly Podcast for taking the path less traveled. Thank you, thank you!

Good Material / Bad Delivery

This is a podcast that presents an array of LP ideas with guests to supplement the material.

The host seems like a knowledgeable, well-intentioned guy but he’s just not that good as an interviewer. He tends to get into rambling questions and personal examples that, at times, seems to make the guest forget what was asked in the first place.

If you want to listen to some good subject matter on minimal government you’ll get it here but it just might be tough to follow along.

Brianmol ,

Welcome back!!

I am glad to hear you are back. You are a smart and thoughtful guy whose opinions are needed in the liberty movement. Thanks for what you do.
