I really enjoyed this podcast. I'm not a vegetarian but my daughter is and Erin's insights were so useful. Quick question though, did you muddle that mint? It's so important to confuse the herb.

I was surprised

So, I don’t disagree with an earlier reviewer writing that this podcast is “eh”..... except I just found a great cookbook that solved a vexing time management issue for me. Now I will check out books mentioned on this podcast that sound promising. The podcast is short on production values and yet I trust librarians not to steer me wrong.

Eh.

Maybe it’s just not the podcast for me as I enjoy from scratch cooking and diving into challenges. They cook very few things out of a cookbook they review, avoid anything complex. If your looking for an easier or basic approach this could be for you.
