The message of the “Secret Yogi” is that we all have this heroic self, our inner source, that we cultivate through the tools of yoga to make a seemingly ordinary world extraordinary. We all have this super hero that lives within. Yoga, meditation, breath-work among other related tools allow us to tap into our “super powers”. Are “super powers” being mindfulness, awareness, love, focus and creating happiness from within to list just a few & ultimately remove physical tensions to feel good in a body that we love.

You can be new to yoga, currently in your journey and/or utilizing yoga as a tool to perform in other practices (running, art, music, martial arts, business, golf, swimming, cycling, parenthood etc) or simply daily life. Nevertheless you would like to utilize yoga, meditation, breath-work & related tools to make life beautiful.

Each Interview is centered around a particular topic & matched with another interactive episode. May it be a guided meditation, breath-work, energy work or more.

Spreading positivity

Austin’s message should be at the core of how we all live - find the extraordinary in “ordinary” life. In every episode, he and his incredible guests masterfully guide you along a journey in sharing gems of wisdom that bring you closer to your ideal mindset. We are all secret Yogis, even if we don’t practice yoga. Rather, Life as a Secret Yogi is all about finding out what makes YOU tick and helps make the world a better place. And if that’s not inclusive, I don’t know what is!
