One Systemic Solution For Two Systemic Crises: Mental Health & Child Care

Join Dr. Molly Dickens and host Ann Somers Hogg as they discuss how child care in the U.S. is a big modern-day "lion" for parents — especially mothers — and how fixing the child care crisis will help diminish the mental health crisis.

Creating hope for healthcare

Ann Somers has become a must listen for me, both because of her own keen insights into opportunities for change in healthcare, and how she frames the conversation around well-known theories emanating from the work of the late Clay Christensen and his many collaborators. Her ability to attract leading thinkers in the field provides a window into thoughtful conversations that we would otherwise never witness.
