    Affirmations are not helpful they are not action-oriented whatever we affirmed we have to take action nothing is going to fly into our lap by just repeating an affirmation with any action. Write this affirmation down listen to it again over & over again, while you're in the gym or going for a run. Let the message of taking action on a regular basis sink in so that you take consistent action to achieve your goals.

    There are times in our lives especially the challenges one's when we may feel like giving up on our goals but its times like these when we are at the verge of actually expanding ourselves but for some of us we can perceive a challenging times change as something else and therefore run away from the challenges we are facing instead of seeing as an actual opportunities  for our own actual opportunities personal growth  and an actual sign that we are getting closer to achieving our goals,
