Good Overall
I like this podcast, although I wish you would have had an RD on the intuitive eating episode. Intuitive eating has become very popular over the last few years, but it is not a new idea. I wish you guys would have at least credited the dietitians that came up with the original framework if you’re not going to bring in an expert in that field.
might as well just listen to the other Life Kit
it’s all the same episodes double dipped for two podcasts. i’m unsubscribing to just hear everything on the original
Racism, privilege, etc.
Here is a quote from the interviewed "expert" of the Nov. 5, 2020 episode; "You want to be color-blind, which is probably the worst thing you can do, because you're denying somebody's entire identity."
Entire identity ??? Excuse me, but I would prefer to be judged by the content of my character rather than the color of my skin, and every single one of my friends, regardless of their race or ethinic background, feels the same way.
