Lifekit health- how to talk to your latinx parent about mental health

This podcast hits all the key points to get help for your mental help one way or another. They go into depth on how to start the “uncomfortable” conversations with your family about not only your mental health but theirs as well. I believe this episode hits so close to home and needs to be heard by every latinx in my community because we all don’t realize we need to take care eachother not just physically but mentally in order to break the cycle of sweeping it under the rug. We can go as a whole and finally heal for our future generations.💕

Like can you like stop with the word like it’s too much

Please. It’s hard to listen with all of the “likes.” Edit the word like in your hosts dialogue. It’s overused and detracts from the content.
