017 For the Dreamers, Everything Starts with YOU!
Imagine a simple life where you live off the land and have little to no technology. Much like my grandparents, for a portion of her life, Rita grew up with almost nothing in Rwanda. She would have never imagined her life now, speaking English and living in Toronto. We met at an upcoming modelling agency where today she is a beauty queen, show host of the Cyper Show, humanitarian, activist, speaker— but she is so much more than that. This episode is for YOU, if you want to get into the mind of someone who will do whatever it takes to carve their own path.

He is the creator of the open-mic styled event called Jane street speaks and the mental health infused online event for artists called Aspire to Inspire. Nathan creates these spaces to empower local artists. In this episode, we talk about being a creative entrepreneur, evolving as an artist while remaining loyal to your core and so much more!
Interlude: Safe Space
This interlude is meant to disrupt the larger composition of the Life on Hifi podcast album. Safe Space is a spoken word poem I originally wrote for the Bentway Takeover Art initiative in partnership with Vibe Arts. It pays homage to the spaces that make us feel a true sense of belonging. Where we feel like our most authentic selves.

A podcast for those invested in their "Self Mastery"
I thoruoghly enjoy listening to this podcast. Most times we (I) get lost in trying to navigate life and feel as if we need help, advice, a life coach even; so its awesome to be able to listen to a relatable, comprehensive and also helpful podcast of people speaking on their journeys and lessons they’ve learned. Conversation really sparks growth, so I'm definitely excited to hear more of these converstaions! #yassss
