Embracing Intuitive Training With Ultramarathoner Courtney Dauwalter

Ultramarathoner Courtney Dauwalter is no stranger to pushing her body and mind to the extreme — she’s done it time and again as she pursues ultra-endurance goals. To prepare for long races (many of which exceed 100 miles), she uses a method of “intuitive training,” an approach in which she tunes in and listens to the messages from her body and mind. Evander B ,

More Lifetime Live/Work episodes please :-)

Thanks - I thought this was amazing, so amazing that I had to drive 5 hours to see the Lifetime Sienna location for myself. The LT Work lounge was done so beautifully. What an incredible project. My first time ever visiting an LT work location, visiting a LT Living location is next. I wish there were Lifetime Live/Work episodes like this.

Excellent

One of my favorite podcasts, can’t get enough. Thank you especially for episode 13 on 12/8/2021 EXCELLENT! Thank you for speaking truth in this podcast. I believe more people are waking up to the travesty that is our “healthcare” system and proud to be a member of Lifetime. This company and the people in it are about prevention and healing, not bandaids!

Not five minutes into this podcast which is supposed to be about health, fitness & lifestyle the hosts starred in on DEI.
Affectively hate speech against anybody. That is not a person of color. I pay my dues at lifetime just like everybody else why should I be excluded from events because of the color of my skin.
