Live the change of pace.

One star reviews from people who “quit after 30 minutes” are pathetic and ignorant. I’m really thankful for this podcast and different side of Chelsea.

Chelsea is better than ever

She’s always been hilarious but now she’s self aware and shedding light on self improvement. Super refreshing.

Love it

I have watched Chelsea off and on through the years and think she is so funny. I didn’t know after the first 2 pods if I was going to like the rest, butOMG!, I could not stop laughing. Rolling on the floor! Chelsea, let me just say thanks for seeing the things you have seen and having the balls to talk about it. I certainly can appreciate your pain.I have been in and out of therapy for years and I think what you said about abandonment is key to why I am the way I am. My dad was always gone and then he signed up to go to VietNam three times. My mom got the single Mean Mom award every year after that and let her 7 children all know about it, everyday. But that is way over and done with. Making peace with your past is key if your past continues to mess with you. In ways you may not recognize.Anger, passive aggression, pure all out aggression, pms, whatever. Get help. I took my negative beliefs and made them into positive statements. Then I did Emotional Freedom Training (EFT of EBT)
Journal, walk outside, talk to someone. I can not stress enough to get help so you can get well. It may take awhile, but you will be happy you did!
