Hi everyone~ My name is Ah Nah and this is my first podcast about what life with debilitating migraines is like as well as debilitating digestive issues. Many people don't seem to understand how severe, painful, debilitating and utterly restrictive chronic migraine conditions can be, so I'm hoping to explain it all through my podcasts. I've been struggling with this condition for 20 years, and I've multiple times experience pain beyond description as well as depression & severe loneliness because of how confining this condition is.
