So helpful & encouraging

Thank you for starting this Podcast! I’ve been following you for a few years, and have been on quite a journey with my own relationship with my body, food, and fitness especially through motherhood and as a military service member, and competitive athlete for much of my life…environments where we’re judged in many ways on our performance and even our body composition. Its easy to place so much of our worth in these things. It’s been so healing to grow in this, to help my own Coaching clients through these challenges, and also learn how to engage with my kids in ways that lift the shame from eating and our bodies. Keep up the amazing work! ♥️ -Megan Gephart, Armed to the Heart Podcast

Love this Podcast

Crystal’s content is so refreshing. I love the focus on *families* breaking free from diet culture. I have done a lot of work to heal my own relationships to food, but was grappling with my children’s eating behaviors. Crystal has opened my eyes that I was using approaches on my children that I absolutely hated when I was a child. The cycle is real- but it’s never too late to change. Huge thank you to Crystal for providing valuable information!
