Perfection

Dalton is the ideal combination of smarts and humor. I enjoy listening to his podcasts because they are short enough to truly absorb the information. He takes the pressure off of being an exercise novice. He doesn’t talk down to the average gym goer. Great listen. Great guy. 5 stars.
