Brings back some memories!

Great podcasts to relive and even help remind of some older cartoons! Love their commentary.
First heard of this podcasts through facebook. I am a fan of Josie and the pussycats and came to listen to their commentary on it and have been hooked on it ever since. Keep up the good work.

Sweet Childhood of Mine

Found this as a suggestion thanks to listening to Stranger Still. Back in the nineties, Cartoon Network aired tons of Hanna Barbera classics (and Funky Phantom). This was when I was exposed to these shows as a prepubescent to early teen. And I binged before that was a thing. I haven’t seen these shows in years, but have vivid memories of shows like Wait Til Your Father Gets Home (believe it or not, Cartoon Network re-aired that non-sarcastically referred to gem), Clue Club, Hong Kong Phooey, The Perils of Penelope Pitstop, and, of course, Scooby Doo in every iteration.

I didn’t grow up as a good chunk of these actually aired, but my timing was pretty decent With Cartoon Network airing reruns en masse.

It’s entertaining to hear Mike and Nick go over these shows in pretty decent detail. I learn things, such as the fact that The Perils of Penelope Pitstop never coincided with itself. I remember wondering why it was never played in order, because the 'last time on The Perils of Penelope Pitstop' never matched up with previous episodes. I also learned that I shouldn’t go back and rewatch The Amazing Chan and The Chan Clan.

Thanks for taking the time to review these shows. I look forward to more... namely, A Pup Named Scooby Doo (am I the only one who liked this show? Should I have?), Scooby Doo's All Star Laff-a-lympics, Clue Club, and Two Stupid Dogs... to name a few. I like both hosts perspectives, Mike knowing a good bit of these shows as they aired, and Nick's take as a Hanna Barbera fanboy, like I am. Keep the classics coming. Great work.
