Thank you for giving these women a voice!!

After listening several times, I’m wondering if anyone has checked the phone records of all of these people? Pak namely! If Shanan called his phone to ask him to go to the store for playing card etc... there should be a record of said call.

AMAZING podcast

This is such a great podcast. The amount of detail they go into is great. It provides background for a lot of the victims, which humanizes them as well as everyone involved so it’s not just some popcorn fiction story that lives in another world. This is real and could have happened to any of us or the people we know.

This podcast opened my eyes to just how crazy this case is (twists and turns, people involved, etc). I’m glad they made this podcast, as it keeps a spotlight on the case. I don’t remember hearing much after the initial stories, and now I have a MUCH better understanding of the complexity of this case. It’s sad because if you’re not actively paying attention to this case, it starts to fall into the background even if you live on Long Island. That just doesn’t feel right. The families and friends deserve answers and I hope this podcast helps keep eyes and interest on this case so the “lost girls” are never ever forgotten.

As for the podcast itself, I’m not even into “true crime” all that much but this podcast had me hooked. Congrats Chris, Shannon, and the rest of the team. I’ve listened to Season 1 probably 20 times and Episode 5 “Amber” especially is a masterpiece. Hearing Dave talk about that summer and then retrace his steps on that final day is just heartbreaking. The way that episode is told, from a storytelling perspective, and the way it unfolds is incredible. Perfection.

Can’t wait for season 2!

Love it!

Great podcast. Full of great info, and not opinion based, which is great :)
