I came here from seeing your episode with Gemma on her stories. But to hear you saying that when you were in the height of your depression, that brushing your teeth was a good day for you....

I needed to hear this from someone else. That was such a part of myself that I was so ashamed. And still have been to this day. 2 years since I have been getting help for my depression and I have built so much for myself. And I just need to think you so much for sharing so much of this any yourself through this podcast. I am so lucky to have found just this episode with Gemma. And I’m so excited to listen to the rest and follow this podcast.

Great podcast

Enjoyed your episode with Gemma. There are so many of us that suffer everyday with anxiety. I had one panic attack 20 years ago, was put in medication which didn’t help. I started reading everything and what I started doing is telling myself I AM OK... breathe through my nose and close my eyes. It took years, but it does get better.
