Steph is a amazing!

I don’t even remember how I came to know Steph and her work. However I’m so glad I did. Given that I’ve not personally been a victim of the diet culture I never truly understood the damage it caused until I became a coach. Following Steph’s work has been a great addition to the quality of my work. Her podcasts are so easy to listen to. I might be bias cuz I really love her voice. I really love all the info she provides and constantly share it with my clients are navigating out of the diet culture. Give it a go, you wont regret it!
