I fell in love with Rosie and her quirky personality and great wisdom. I have learned so much! when I got to episode 37 I began to worry about getting to the end because they have kept me company during my morning routine (teaching me everything I need to know about nutrition)for so long. I need to know where to find more information that Jay and Rosie have available.

Down-to-earth neuroscience!

Really enjoying this show for all of the practical ways I can learn from others' stories about optimizing their nutrition. However, my favorite elements of the show come from the host's understanding of behavior change and especially how the neuroscience aspects weigh in on shifting to new habits. Thanks Jay!
